Board Game PATHWAYS – Logic Puzzle for Kids

PATHWAYS is a logic board game all about creating and planning paths on the board so that the characters – a little mouse and a cat – can reach the cheese house.

In the basic version, the goal is to help the mouse reach the house, avoiding obstacles and using the available path pieces.
In the advanced version, the cat also enters the board. The challenge is to build two separate paths – one for the mouse and one for the cat – so that both reach the house, but through different doors.

The whole fun lies in solving logic puzzles: you need to carefully plan the paths, think through their layout, and use all puzzle pieces correctly. With every new challenge, the level of difficulty increases, making the game more demanding and engaging.

Game Rules – Basic Version (without the cat):

1. Choose a challenge from the booklet. Place the house, trees, and mouse on the board according to the picture. Pay attention to the position of the chimney – it shows the correct orientation of the doors.
2. Build a path for the mouse to reach the cheese. As challenges get harder, more path pieces will be required. Some fields on the board may remain empty.
3. Each puzzle has only one correct solution, which can be found on the back of the card in the booklet.

Game Rules – Advanced Version (with the cat):

1. Choose a challenge and place the house, trees, mouse, and cat on the board according to the instructions. The house must be set so the doors face the right way.
2. Build two different paths: one from the mouse to the house, and one from the cat to the house. Each path must lead to a different door.
3. The task is solved correctly only if both paths are valid. The solution can be found in the booklet.
