Different Helmet Adjustment Systems:
Depending on the model, the helmet is equipped with a head ring adjustment system, which allows for a personalized fit to the shape of the head:
- Buckle strap: Adjustment is made by sliding the strap within the clasp area. Once the desired tension is reached, press the strap down to lock it in place and follow the helmet fitting instructions.- Gear slider: Adjustment is achieved by moving the clamp along the toothed track. To shorten the strap, press the front button; to lengthen it, slide the element backwards.- Dial fit (ratchet): A dial located at the back of the helmet allows for size adjustment by turning it — clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to loosen.
Fit Check:
To ensure the helmet is properly fitted:
- Tilt your head forward and try moving the helmet back and forth. If it shifts easily, readjust the side and chin straps.- Straps must be tight — if the helmet can be lifted more than 10 mm, it’s too loose.- The straps should form a “Y” shape around the ears, without covering them. The chin buckle should sit securely under the chin and should not cause discomfort.
