Hold a Pose is a fun family game that will provide lots of laughs and great fun. While playing, we can exercise our gray cells and stretch our body :)

- 4 colorful foam mats,
- 80 cards with tasks,
- 20 pose cards.

Rules
At the beginning, players distribute colored mats among themselves and arrange themselves so that everyone has free space around them. The youngest player starts the game by selecting a Task card and a Pose card from the pile. The Pose card shows how to hold the mat and position your body for the duration of the round. Here you will find easy poses, such as cat poses (players are on all fours and touch the mat with their hands) as well as those requiring the involvement of the entire body (e.g. standing on the mat on one leg). Then reads the question from the Task card aloud.
Start! While still holding the pose, the players take turns answering the question on the Task card, e.g. name the thing that is red or that is silent. Competitors are eliminated if they give an answer that has already been given before, fall or stop holding a pose, do not give an answer or delay in giving an answer.
The player who wins the round receives a Pose card. The player who collects 3 cards wins. Good luck!

ATTENTION! Before playing, you should warm up and stretch to avoid injuries!
