MAIN INSTRUCTIONS:
– fill the container with water up to 3/4 of its height
– using a measuring cup, pour sand into a container with water, creating any shapes
– you can mix the sand colors as you like
– observe how sand behaves on the water surface and how it sinks
– try to take the sand out of the water with a measuring cup and see what happens to it

So do an experiment and see for yourself: put different colors of sand into a container filled with water. Form and observe the various shapes it will create. Then take the sand out of the water and see that it is dry! You can also pour sand onto a plate and add a few drops of water. See what happens then!
