Replacement filters are essential for the optimal performance of the FLOWCLEAR ™ Filter Pumps. By regularly replacing cartridges in FLOWCLEAR ™, you will extend the life of the pump, making the most of its capabilities. When lightly soiled, the filter can be cleaned with water from an ordinary garden hose. In the case of greater dirt, the manufacturer recommends replacing the filter every two weeks (4 to 6 filters should be enough for the season).
The Type VI Bestway Filter Pump Filter is for Lay-Z Spa models.
Its assembly should be carried out by an adult. After disconnecting the pump from the power supply, unscrew the cover, then remove the gasket and the filter cover. After removing the cartridge, you can start cleaning it with water under high pressure (e.g. from a garden hose). When the filter is still heavily soiled, it will need to be replaced with a new one.
